they're all useful just depends on which you you enjoy using most/which one fits what you want best
Minigun is good for single target damage.
Hurricane is a mix of both single target and multi target (depending on how you build it).
I'd say try each one out and see what you enjoy best.
Best AoE, thunderhead.
Game is about hordes of enemies and rarely requires single target DPS, therefore Thunderhead is the best one unless your team needs singletarget that is.
Ignore the Hurricane.
MAAAAARK!!! MARK THEYRE ♥♥♥♥ TALKING YOUR BABY MAAAARK!!!
it's not just gunner's best weapon, it's the best gun in the game hands down. incredible single target and AoE, huge wells of ammo (especially with T1C), access to some of the best OCs in the game, it's got it all. there's pretty much no situation its bad in, and even its weaker builds are far superior to many guns in the game
ofc minigun and GRS are good too
minigun is your go-to for elimination and industrial sabotage but its a bit OC dependent to do any major damage
hurricane has no "wind up" like minigun and autocannon do so its great for modes where you need to keep moving like point extraction or egg hunt. its minelayer OC is also crazy strong
Use the hurricane. It’s good, and I will die on this bloody hill!
Plus it’s got way better build variety and better build options.
Hurricane is more well rounded though (faster time-to-kill, less ammo, and better single-target damage). It’s the choice for high risk missions when you don’t know what to expect.
