The Twins will heal if their health gets too far apart. One of them will sacrifice some of their health to heal the others, however it is a net gain in healing (Not a 1:1 transfer). Best way to avoid this, keep their health close to each other, and they won't heal.
Literally only vanilla Dreadnought that heals.
To add to this, the greater the difference in their health; the greater the gain.
Didn't know that, but makes sense. Does it just give more gain in general, or is it exponentially? Like instead of 125% gain, does it get 150%?
One is supposed to be shooting the leech saplings as soon as they're released, to avoid having to deal with 30 tentacles coming at you during the third phase.
Leech Mother is weak to ice, but laughs at corrosion and fire surprisingly doesn't deal much damage to it, even it it's useful to make the grabby limbs temporarily retreat in a pinch.
This boss is definitely hard, though. IIf you manage to survive the third phase, get ready for the eyes part.
The trick is to avoid looking at them for too long.
Also, funnily enough, one of the Mother's eight limbs can be petted, making all others hide back in the mouth, albeit momentarily; so if you manage to find the right one, it can help with this fight a lot.
Look at this link, are these what you are fighting?
