How do I get portrait frame? I mean frame around Gunner/Driller/Engineer/Scout potrait. Thanks <3

Work hard on your promotions, and they will be shown as different frames and stars on your icon

once you get a class to lvl 25, you are able to undergo a promotion assignment. Once completed you can head to the memorial hall by yourself and pay credits and minerals to promote that dwarf.
Doing so allows you to use that class in deep dives, earn blank cores for weapon overclocks, and unlocks a 2nd active perk for use on that class' loadouts.

And then it resets that dwarfs level back to 1, but with a promo badge around your portrait, with 1-3 stars indicating how many times youve promoted that class.

each class has their own separated promotion progress you have to work towards

Wow, thanks guys, I didn't know you can still promote your dwarfs when you reach lvl 3 :D

Yup, there are 6 tiers.

Bronze>Silver>Gold>Platinum>Diamond>Legendary
