That's a nice sentiment, but the reality is that you can use those or suffer; no offense.
The modding menu is in game, and it's as easy as pointing and clicking; and you can use those mods in any lobby.
There really is no reason not to use them.
Other than that, like Chibbity said, its in your own hands to use the mod or not.

I'd say there's basically no problem with using mods... From what I saw, this is one of the least suspicious EULAs I have ever seen.
NeuroVoider's EULA is even less suspicious than that.
Anyways, +1 to this feature request. It should be a standard part of the game, and usually have camera shake or head bob disabled in most games I play because I find it to be an unnecessary distraction.
