random spawn of tritilyte deposit bomb

I was doing an industrial sabotage mission and before fighting the caretaker i noticed a bomb on the ground, the kind that tritilyte deposit events give you. Trouble is we got an event on that mission and it was the Omen, not the deposit.

Having said that, any idea where that bomb came from ?

It's one of the batteries removed from the Caretaker's shield generator.

it will have been the caretaker battery it explodes like the bomb and looks similar.

you can use them to one shot the arms by placing them on top of the care taker arm openings.
