Click Help in the top menu of the Steamclient, then System Information.
Copy all that text and post it into this thread.
A proper list of what you've tried would be helpful, rather than us asking/suggesting a heap of things and you just going "done that didn't work".
Have you reinstalled Steam itself?
Tried moving your game installs to a different harddrive/partition?
Checked your RAM?
Reinstalled Windows?
Happy troubleshooting.
Often because those are not kept up to date, they can cause issues like that and it will effect more programs and games over time.

thanks for your answer,
I said everything I found, probably not everything on interbet. I basically re installed a windows and steam. I played on the same computer before the bug and i've got no problem on it :/
It works perfectly on windows 7 xd
And no need to re install an os if a game have some issues ...it's un productive
Anyway with so few informations we can't help you...
Ok better now ,)
Do you have some errors while running dxdiag ?
May be you can force the game to run on your nvidia trought the control panel ?
There is some log on \steamapps\common\Deep Rock Galactic\FSD\Saved\Logs , fsd.log, check it you you see something strange , it can help.
Also if you used mods month ago, may be you need to un install them before running the game ( folder steamapps\common\Deep Rock Galactic\FSD\Mods )
Does the game freeze and become unresponsive before it closes, do you have to force close it?
Or does it close by itself at startup, with no other imput?
Do you get any error messages after a crash?
Thanks for ur answer. The game just doesn't start. There's just "launching" on steam, then the "play" button on steam turns to "stop" then nothing happens. No game window, no message, nothing :/
thx for suggestions ! Unfortunatly launching the game from the Nvidia control pannel doesn't work and I don't no how to do with the files in the "Saved" folder :x.
I have not played with mod yet :)
Just open them with notepad or any tools that can read text.
Game can't be launch from nvida control panel but may be you can force the game to run on you nvidia ; Your laptop have 2 video cards ; one intel and one nvidia.
I don't have any "logs" file T-T
From this internet tells to install C++ updates but it doesn't change anything for me... !
thx c:
Have you tryed to install all product from the steam redist package ? - redistribuable communs steamworks
I think ,as you have the same problem with another game, it's not a game problem, but more a windows problem.
As i do not run w10 but w7, it will be hard for me to provide you an usefull help.
One last things ; inside the drg folder, there is also a redist folder Deep Rock Galactic\Engine\Extras\Redist with a file. May be you should also try to install it
UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe
run it
and about Call of Cthulhu , this game is also build with unreal so may be it will help you ,)
