Is it possible you are starting the game on the IGPU instead of having the dedicated 3050 selected in Nvidida control panel?

i use nvidia card there. I think i dont have dlss on my 3050

I open deep rock galactic game in nvidia control panel and turn on only nvidia g card. Scaling option appeared
