VR mod

I followed the instructions on the website (https://drg.mod.io/vrg), but I'm just getting an empty "Next up" box in VR, while the game starts on a mission by itself, maybe the tutorial cave, I don't know.

There's a much frequented modding forum with less than 100 posts, yes. You're supposed to let people who can actually be helpful post, if they want, and not get on people's balls.

it's still the wrong section, that's what the bug section (of the mod!) is there for.
this forum on steam is for... the game. mod.io is the place to get help for the mod i'd expect.

posting the minimum info about your system is also something, nobody will ever need to be helpful... js

System specs... so much wisdom. Oh right, i have a Soundblaster Pro and tried to run on gravis ultrasound. That was the problem I guess.

Why do I have the feeling that this will inevitably turn into another trollfest? Must be the forum.

Like Shugo said, you are basically wasting your time here; we can't help you.

The odds of you encountering someone who:

- Owns DRG
- Plays it with mods
- Owns a VR headset
- Uses that specific mod
- Browses the general section of the forums
- Has encountered the same issue as you and knows how to fix it

Are slim to none, you should seek help in the discussions area of the mod; or from the mod creator himself.

What did you expect? You deliberately put it in the wrong section because you wanted to get more traffic to your thread. The traffic you'll get is people asking why it's in the wrong section.

Did you figure it out? I have not played the game or the VR mod for it in a couple months

I did, but I don't remember what the problem was. Anyway, I only tested for a moment and decided that the game is too fast paced and stressful in VR for me to handle at the time... I rather play HL2VR next. And maybe I'll give Gunfire Reborn a try with VR mod.

I have been playing the Gunfire Reborn VR mod the last few days. It works great, a few things are finicky but still works great.

I have not messed around with the VR mod for this game to much. I never played the game before the mod came out. Tried it in VR, it was hard to learn. Played the game on flat screen for a couple days and now that i know the game and how it works, i think i can enjoy it more.
