I prefer BOM personally, but I got nothing bad to say about A.I. stability.
I used it for a long time, and really enjoyed it.
I like his new PFP though, feels very Hotline Miami-ish.
I always come back.
Also be careful you might chnage the discussion to GK2 bad lol
Though in all seriousness only one comment was on topic in this thread. What a spectacle
I got mine pretty early on, years ago- and I always enjoyed pulling out the GK2 just for the nice machine gun firing sound, plus even in it's Stock Form, the GK2 is a solid, dependable gun with Lots of Ammo- I run 475 rounds, 35 round clips
All 6 of Scout's Weapons are Viable, and Interchangeable, but back then, years ago, I was mostly running the M1000 with the Nuks back when both were new- Once I used the AI Stability, and found it had ZERO RECOIL and just gave you the ability to Tag Everything, Any Range, Accurately, Every Time I was quickly Hooked and converted to mostly running my AI Stabilized GK2 with the powered up OC'd Boomstick- Now that The Crossbow has come along it's now pretty fun to pair with the GK2 as well
An AI Stabilized GK2 pretty much gives you nearly the same Range as the M1000- you just have to use 3-4 Rounds per Grunt vs a Single M1000 Shot- Plus all the Ammo the GK2 has, and it does great mid and close range as well- No Recoil means every Shot is Level at Close Range- spray it back and forth and clip all those swarming bugs, no misses- more importantly, when doing Multiple Grapple-Land-and-Shoot Moves, your Aim is Steady and Level Every Time- Very Helpful
The ONLY Complaint I have about an AI Stabilised GK2 is I DID have Excellent Skill with firing 3-4 bullets at Mid and Long Range, pausing, and correcting for the Recoil to accurately Land another 3-4 bullets- That Skill was now unnecessary and I've Lost it over the years- at Least with the GK2, I've put it to use with my Subata Gunslinging though
M1000 has better, one and two shot killing power- but you have to sometimes scramble more, and Lack of Nitra can cause Ammo Issues- AI Stablised GK2 I Like better
Since the Drak came along, it's been great too- but for me personally I find the GK2 and the Drak to be fairly similar in overall use- some things the Drak does slightly better, some things the GK2 does slightly better- And yes, I've tried all the OCs for the Drak, I find most to be very "Gimmicky"- I stick with "Regular" Green Ones- and the Drak can Overheat Potentially
Stock Drak vs Stock GK2- you gotta give the Drak the Edge there
But Good, Non-Gimmicky OC'd Drak vs AI Stabilised GK2? - I prefer the GK2 again
Not only do I Believe the AI Stability Engine is the Best Scout OC Overall, but I Believe the AI Stability Engine is One of the Top Ten OCs PERIOD- and Scout is my Least Played Class-
The Autocannon, Grenade Launcher, Warthog Shotgun, BRT Pistol, and Subata I'd Rank as my Top Five Weapons in the Game- The GK2 probably Isn't even in my Top Ten- maybe it's around my 12th or 13th Ranked Weapon- BUT the AI Stability Engine Revolutionizes the GK2 THAT MUCH, that as an OC I Rank it in That Category's Top Ten
I find your take on the OC very interesting. I’d like to ask a couple of questions if you don’t mind answering them.
1. What makes your prefer AI stability than the other options in your experience?
2. What build are you using? I found success with 22223 and 22213.
3. This isn’t about the Drak OCs don’t you like? I get you find them gimmicky but many if their gimmicks (thermal exhaust feedback, overtuned particle accelerator, and impact deflection for example) have some effective gimmick. I love my max cooling drak with 2X212 thermal liquid coolant which is a build I think nobody but me uses (I pair it up with trifork volley btw)
4. What do you think is the “optimal” build for the OC? At least in your experience.
Lastly, what does it have over the drak and M1000? If I’m not mistaken They have higher dps and even swarm clear potential.
That’s all, I always love hearing what you have to say Mr. Purple.
