As to the "why" in the OP, I suppose because GSG has decided to go more toward scifi than fantasy, even though we have some fantasy/modern/medieval style stuff. Or could just be that they didn't wanna do the cloth animation, considering we got both the hospital gown and robot rebellion DLC at the same time. Perhaps they'll be more open to it now (or we might already get something in S3).
