Space rig slot machine a la Borderlands.

I thought it could be a fun thing to add to the Space rig just to pass the time. You could use credits to get a chance to win any kind of resources(minerals,cores,beer materials etc) just like the slot machines in Borderlands.

... there's an actual achievement in BL3 for getting a grenade from a slot machine :destruction:

3/5 times i did on borderlands it was a grenade. Good times hearing the beep and then flying out of that room at full speed.

Slot machines are the lowest form of gambling, at least make it something interesting like BJ.

Really? Borderlands 2 had gambling machines and they do NOT involve any real currency.

I mean, GSG had to remove smoking from the game despite the fact smoking is still in the game. The thing about do gooders is they rarely think a few steps ahead. I could certainly see moms screaming about 'muh gambling in bideo games' before sending little timmy back to unbox some loot crates since that's not gambling- it's unboxing.
