MODS (modio) fixing for Win7

Im using Windows 7 x64 Professional
Yesterday I started the game in Safe Mode for a troubleshoot. Now I cant install any mods even I started normal mode. The install just loading and nothing hapening even I have subscribed mods.
I deleted mods folder both in FSD and SaveGames as a try, but it did nothing also.

Any idea what should I do?

What problem can caused by enabling TLS 1.2 on Win7? Im not familiar with these protocol settings. It replace the old protocol or just add it as extra option?
It seems with the Easy Fix option I dont need messing too much in registry, probably I give it a try. Just in case I already made a Safe Point on my system. :P

I don't know tbh, I just found this on the discord by someone who's been sharing news from Mod.io and I thought it could help.

Many Thanks Ser Pounce. I enabled TLS 1.2 on my Win7 and now modio working again!
This TLS setting also made my system more secure with this better protocol.

Using Win7 is my business, it not affect you at all. I love this system and work for me. My PC built by me in 2013, still enough for what I need.
Yes now I had problem, but Win10 users also have their problems. My problem is solved now.
I also using Office 2003, because I have that and enough for what I need.
I dont have smartphone also, Im using a rugged cellphone, is it matter for you?
I have an old retro second PC with WinXP installed, so what?

Now I cry back the old modding where I freely can add mods to my game.
I dont liked modio much, because mods have no subcategories and it is a mess to find mods im loking for. Now I hate it as another thing force me to use Win10.
I will check this TLS 1.2 and try to install. Thanks

Update: Oh LOL I need to messing with registry. nonono Once I screwed my system with that so I dont do it again.
Microsoft provide a full step by step description, but no update, because of abandon Win7, niiice.
Well, as I told I stick with Win7 untill Steam can use it. Then I seriously need to swap as most (90%) of my games on Steam.

Well they didn’t abadon windows 7, it just served its time and it was the time to pull the plug

Like it came out in 2009, it’s an old system
