How to enable DLSS?
Can't spot it in the options but i probably missed it

There is no DLSS option

Since everyone else is being intentionally unhelpful - it's in Settings > Graphics > Upscaling selection

To be clear to use DLSS you need an RTX Nividia card, you can use AMDs High Fidelity Super Resolution on some older GTX cards.

To clarify further. DLSS will only work on RTX series cards. FSR is theoretically compatible on every gpu. Actual compatibility will be case by case for older hardware.

FSR isnt also the same thing its not providing AA and the other abilitys and features DLSS provides.

its under Graphics -> Upscaling

Make sure the other AA solutions like FXAA are off , for some reason DRG enables FXAA when you enable DLSS which is bad.
