I have a Radeon R7 200 (wish I could update but yeah... prices.) and I can run the game.

You'll just have to accept that it'll only run on low without 30FPS and lower. Maybe smaller resolution too. It's still very far from ugly though, since it's pretty stylized and with a PC like yours, I guess you're pretty used to low performance on the rest anyway.

So is it possible? Probably
In your case, I'd recommend using the refund if it doesn't run. Just be sure to stay under 2h.
If you can run the tutorial, you should be good. You might be slower sometimes when there's more mobs but it shouldn't too far.

DRG works on a 960 2gb ( tested it ) so look up benchmarks if your integrated is near a 960.

Scroll down it say on note there in the last column Intel HD 630 belong there. (GT 440, RADEON HD 5670)
The game minimum requirement is GTX 460 or RADEON HD 5770.
So you might can NOT run it. However my RL friend use integrated graphics and with lower resolution and minimum graphic setting he can run games what otherwise not fit the minimum requirements.

You could probably play it, but the resolution would probably leave it looking like a 3d GBA game. My GT 630m could play it...barely and it has half the passmark score of your integrated graphics.

Your CPU is pitiful, your GPU is far below the minimum requirements, your RAM is going to be below the minimum requirements too if you're running Windows.
It's not looking good but you have a 2 hour refund window if you want to try your luck.

Yeah on a real note, my concern is your gpu, which is integrated. No chance of it being able to play on medium settings.

You are wrong. His CPU and RAM is more than enough for this game. The only problem here is his GPU.

It's a common misconception but when something says it requires X amount of RAM it actually means it requires X amount of *free*, usable RAM.
Someone actually had this issue a few weeks ago when he bought the game and it crashed even though everything else was above the requirements.
