Like A Well-Oiled Machine does not work

Hi,
I'm trying to get the Like "A Well-Oiled Machine's achievement", but I did 2 hazard 4 missions that should have triggered it, and it never did.

I did one in solo and one with a friend (which I hosted). Both time I successfuly finished the mission without dying / calling for ammo, but it just does not work, what am I missing ?

If you didn't get knocked down and didn't call for ammo you should have it. Try again a 4 egg solo mission.

I've always thought a 200 Morkite mission was the easiest.

The easiest fix would be to check if you're in Offline mode (doubt you are, given you're here, but who knows). Next, check to see if you're accidentally using any mods (maybe you joined an Approved Mods game?)

If that doesn't work, you might have already unlocked it, and just need to restart Steam to see the achievement pop up.

I did it mostly the same. Just took dash perk and strong arm/unstoppable or whatever combo it was that let me move faster to grab them and deposit them and go back to spidermanning around the cave while bosco dug them out and carried them to the minehead for me. The amount of bugs after me was a marvel to behold.

Do all mods still break achievements?
If nothing else, that might be your problem, OP

it works.. i just unlocked it recently while running a haz 4 point extraction (easy to accomplish with the aid of the mine head's defenses).

I didn't know mods would break achievements, I'm pretty sure few of them worked anyway. But I'll try without mods for haz 4 and 5, thanks

It worked without any mods, so ig uess I'll turn them off from now on, a bit sad tho

Same here.
We have done a Haz 4 mission with friends. Nobody went down, no supply pod was called, and only the host got the achivement. We other 3 hasn't got it.
Mods shouldn't be the reason since one of our friend who didn't get it neither, isn't using any mods, nor has any installed. The host hasn't neither.
