OK, so I've been a big supporter of the Game Music and the Soundtracks for years, so I apologize upfront for Listing a bit extra

Favorite Track- A Matter of Skill and Ammunition- a mood one with all the harmonica- has a western meets sci-fi feel, and was(is) the song that burrowed into my brain and caused me to HAVE to get the Soundtrack, back when it was just Vol 1- Vol 2 added even more great songs

Mission Ambiance- Echoes From the Past (So dang Good)
- I Welcome The Darkness
- A Distant Terror

Extraction/Run Back To the Pod- Leave No Dwarf Behind
- Hold My Beard
- Follow Molly

Fighting Bugs/Swarm Incoming- Attack of the Glyphids - classic
- In The Belly of the Beast- another classic- these two were the "early swarm music" that most often played for quite a while, they always get me Locked and Loaded and ready to go
- RUN- the 2nd best Fighting Music, has that synth-fake whip noise reminicent of "Breathe" by the Prodigy as well
- Dance of the Dreadnought- the KING of Fighting Music- so many times I've been jumping as I'm blowing up a group of Grunts, then reloading saying "F#&k Yeah- Bring it B!t%#es" out Loud- the music fades, I stand triumphant over my fallen foes- this Track and "Skill and Ammunition" always space me out into game memories when they pop up in my regular music rotation

Thanks for making the post Dunmaglass- always nice when attention is brought to the Soundtracks, reward sent

Anyone reading this who's thinking of buying the Soundtracks DO IT- they're worth it, and when I bought it, it was only Vol 1- the Devs gave Vol 2 for free when it came out, should for any new music coming as well, much Like all the free Supporter Edition add-ons they do after you buy it just once

Exploration: Principle of Darkness
Swarm: RUN!
Escape: Follow Molly

No explanation needed because they're objectively the best.

Wow, we could say you like them all For my part, I like all the soundtracks, except one but they all are great! I will probably buy Vol-1 & 2 because I want to support devs, I have every DLC and I'm glad to help them. Thanks for sharing your list like everyone here, interesting choices. The best soundtracks are those that cohere with X button shouts (you can find such melodies in the Jukebox). That's what really feels awesome.

I cant decide. I equaly love all of it. If I just start listening the musics from steam player all gave me goosebumbs. My memories filled with great moments. Theses are part of the atmosphere of the game.

Question: Even I have 1700+ hour I still dont know if the musics are all random in game or they tied to some biomes and or missions?
