Double colored beards

Is it normal for dwarf to have two colored beard like blonde and red? It happens very often and i don't know if it's a bug or a feature

It does sound like a bug to me. Don't think it's possible to have such color distinctions, aside from one which grants two different shades of grey.

I have seen it alot too, like blonde hair and moustache and a black beard, to be honest i think it's people modding but not from the ones that ghost ship have approved.

If it was used through the ingame system it shouldn’t show for you but I’m pretty sure it’s a bug.

beards for people who aren't you have been appearing using the players armor paint

that being said maybe the devs could add a new version of the matrix core beards, kinda like how we have "armored" and "gilded" maybe we could have one that makes your beard match your armor?

Purist here, wouldn't be caught dead modding. it's definitely just a bug. it seems that when using the new neck brace beard item, the game makes all beards take the color of armor instead, because the neck brace uses armor color, not beard color, but is a beard. I'm sure it'll get fixed eventually. in the meantime, it's pretty amusing seeing all the wild and wacky beard colors armor paint can create.

So hang on the neck brace is appearing to others as a beard ?, one thing that annoys me is with the face mask, why was that not made a beard because it leaves you bald, being a beard and not a helmet would of made more sense for your dwarf looks.

no it makes other beards weird colors when you wear it. and agreed, the face mask should be a beard item

I'd like to see the ability to color different sections of hair different colors (hair, beard, mustache, sideburns) plus more variety of hair colors.
