Rival Tech Pack not showing

I bought the Rival Tech Pack dlc
But its not showing in game.
Restarted my game and even steam a couple times but its not showing.

EDIT:
after a couple times restarting the game i do have the framework now but i DO NOT have the new Rival tech skin for the weapons

Same problem.. Local files check also didn't help

I bought it a couple hours ago and it's there.
Check if it's activated: right click in the Steam library -> properties -> DLC

Ive checked that aswel, shows it there and installed.
in game it does show an icon under the cosmetic but the cosmetic itself is not showing

This is how it looks for me.
Framework is unlocked and you must choose no color skin to show the brown pattern.

Alright, sorted it out. I don't know if I'm just blind or if re-selecting DLC and verifying local files integrity helped.

After restarting the game a couple times i do have the Rival tech framework for the weapons
But i do not have the Rival tech Paintjob for all the weapons...
it should be unlocked straight away right? or is it a paintjob we have to find in game first?

Im sure you have a bug then, DLC always contain everything for the theme it bring.

Well, I have re-started the game several times after making sure the DLC was selected and verifying the game files. Nothing shows up. Devs, if you are reading this, could you help out please?

EDIT: Nevermind, after playing a mission and restarting the game again it worked.
