It's true you don't see many dwarf women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for dwarf men.

That is actually not true , dwarf women did not exist , but dwarfs told other races they do so they would not ask questions , but dwarfs were soo good at lying that they started beliving it themselves , and eventually some dwarfs started thinking they are female , and if dwarf wants dwarf does so they became females thus dwarf woman have appeard
