Nothing, that tip bot was installed to raise Dwarf clone morale before heading into the caves to die serving a company that hands out "credits" that are just mere tickets with no monetary value. The "credits" are only used to get novelties, to remove locks on guns, and/or to modify the guns to accept a larger caliber.

And furthermore, Lloyd has no feelings of joy or happiness when dwarves tip him, he merely has an automated response to make the dwarves feel good about themselves. In reality Lloyd has no feelings, Lloyd has no desire, he's as cold as the vastness of space surrounding you.
