Yes more buffs for the one man army.

Engi doesn't need a buff. I usually get most kills or second most and only play engi. Plus engi can platform wherever they need to. Engi also has extensive cover when using two sentries and a scout zipline. Put choke and bigger pellets on the shotgun, focus on reload and rate of fire and you'll be golden.
