Victory Moves

I believe I've unlocked every single one through the shipping crates and lost gear, but I noticed that apparently not all dwarves have access to the same amount of victory moves. Is this really intentional? Seems kinda lame. For example, it seems that Scout is the only one that can get Furious Clown, as none of my other dwarves have it, despite not getting any rewards from lost gear or shipping crates anymore.

Furious clown comes from cosmetic cores.

Which can be for any of the four dwarves, so there's four Furious clowns one for each dwarf which is intentional because and I agree with this but its to encourage you to play all the other classes instead of sticking to one.

Ahh okay, I guess I forgot that the cores can sometimes give you victory moves.
