Total Makeover Achievement Bugged?

With let's say Engi I've bought everything in every category except for Headwear (32/42). I'll equip one that is not the Default in every Wardrobe category including Beard and Skin Colors, but the Achievement will never pop... Anybody knows how?

Yup buy one and apply from each category and it recently popped for me.

as I recall, some of the most commonly overlooked parts were eyebrows, skin color, and beard/hair color

maybe check you've missed one of those

been a long time since I did Total Makeover, but I recall it took 3 random tries before it popped, and I had every slot with all 4 classes, I just kept forgetting to switch some minor bit

Wait, do you need to customize all 4 classes or only 1? That might be the problem for me then.

Nope. But just equipping a non default accessory isn't enough, it needs to be one that you bought. I also had some trouble getting this, but I just took one dwarf and went to the shop and bought one item for each slot and selected the "equip now" for each.

Yea the problem is that I bought everything in certain categories lol... I'll try again by mixing items.

EDIT: Welp, just tried buying one item of each category on my Scout and using equip button immediately after buying. The only category that I've already purchased all items for are Eyebrows, 4/4 on all Dwarves. I went to the Wardrobe and tried on all 4 Eyebrows but the Achievement never popped.

Ok, that seems to indicate that the achievement does indeed have some problems. :( No further ideas for me what to do.

For me it's work like you must customise all four dwarves. Only after that I get achievement, but I'm really not sure about that. Maybe I just found a valid combination finally =\

Yeah, I sort of went through my 4 Dwarves and started moving stuff around, but in the end I noticed I unlocked the Achievement without receiving an ingame notification. So I have absolutely no clue what triggered it... :(

i did everything outlined in this forum and in spartan's guide, and it STILL wont pop up. ive bought everything there is to buy in the store so far and ive completely changed every slot of my characters appearance and nothing is happening.

*UPDATE* Ok so i finally got it, but im not sure what i did differently. I went back to the wardrobe and made sure to change EVERYTHING on my character again, this time on the FIRST preset slot. I made sure to choose only things that i KNOW i bought... extremely wacky things that i myself would never wear but i know for a fact i could only get from the shop. Upon changing every single cosmetic slot and choosing to be that particular character, the achievement popped.

Don't know why it was so tough to achieve, you'd think itd be alot simpler than this lol.

Exactly! It must be bugged somehow, it's probably one of the simplest Achievements in the game yet so hard to achieve lol...

Something that worked instantly for me after reading MANY posts and basically combining them all: ALL 10 customization slots need to be bought from the shop and NOT DLC (The pose and armor color need to be unlocked naturaly, as they are not purchasable from the shop obvioulsy). I had numerous DLC items equipped and did not get the achievment. As soon as I changed all DLC items to items purchased in the shop, I got the achievement instantly. Hope this helps/works for everyone!
