Good Bestiary
Love the new bestiary. Good artwork and animations, helpful tips for newcomers and veterans alike, and I'm a lore nerd so the descriptions and backstories are fun and much appreciated!

Could still stand to be improved a little bit, people have mentioned wanting better stats in it (numbers, not bars). Some things aren't completely accurate either, IIRC (Mactera goobomber has a melee weakness, doesn't it? Not listed in there)

Personally, I'd like if you could cycle through the selected enemy's animations. Small thing, but would be cool.

I do love the new bestiary, though. Always nice to have in a game.

Numerical stats on bugs are too messy for what is really just a beginner's guide. Hit points and attack can change depending on the amount of players and hazard level. I think it does an "okay" job at giving general allusions.

Just saying people have requested it. I agree since even player health feels pretty vague. AT the same time, there's no harm in it.

I think there should be an achivement for filling out the entire bestiary, it's pretty traditonal.

That weakness might affect only the blobs for the enemies weak spots not the enemy itself.

You do understand that it would be WAY too easy to do that within the first five missions if RNG is favoring you so highly.

not if it requires a tyrant weed, a golden bulk detonator, the things on bet-c, and ALL the enviromental variations... would require at least one trip into every biome, and three 3% events...

Anyway, there's achivements for less.

The ones you specifically name are RNG based spawned everywhere so you can play all the regions in the game and never see them even once and the ones for the environment are tied to specific regions such as the Frost Pred is only gonna be found in the Arctic biome while the Radioactive Pred is only gonna be found in the Radioactive biome.

Yeah I do agree with this one. Not like that I'd need it, but this will encourage new players to read it, which might help them in some ways.

Some achievements are not challenges but milestones.

The only one that would actually take time to find there is the tyrant weed. Only found one since it came out, but the hotfix says it attempts fixing some failed spawn conditions so maybe that'll help.

*nods* there's an achivement for the first mission, it wouldn't have to be hard to be "worth" an achivement, and it is a good milestone.

What about ebonite enemies. If greenbeards are not lucky to run into high level dwarves to do yhis random event, they will have to wait until the first promotion to fill up this gap in the manual.

The bad thing at least in my opinion is it doesn't even HAVE to be the person filling in the codex to get the entry someone who already filled in their codex can just give them the entries since anyone can kill them to unlock them so if someone was gonna do this as an achievement I can see people being lazy about it!

As I'd like both ebonite types and all three forms of kerbonite ones, yes, that means the complicated version I'd like to see exist, would take a bit longer.

Specially as I'd love if every different ring of the OMEN machine also had a page.
