Lots of new players get tripped up on Point Extraction missions because they don't realize that swarm intensity increases over time (exclusively for this mission-type) and that you need to get the mission done as quickly as possible to avoid getting overrun.
Maybe that is the issue you're having.
1. Be quick. Bugs get tougher.
2. Priorities. 80 nitra > primary objective > everything else
3. Be ready to extract any moment.
Check your terrain scanner all the time. The last aquarq or two are usually in some remotely hidded "rooms". Run around to find the rooms, not the missed minerals in the corner.
Know your limits. Don't start that OMEN if your team has already wasted like 25 minutes on the map. If your team was good you should have found it before or soon after the first swarm.
