They should've done atleast Engineer or something for it tho, and subtitles enabled heh, but it has really tight editing anyways.

why does the voice sound so... off in some of the lines? especially the ones relating to gold and granite (which sound like theyre just being read off wikipedia)
if you listen closely with headphones you can tell that it almost sounds like a completely different mic

also some of the lines sound so bizarre to the point of hilarity when drinking them as scout or driller

It was never removed. It is located at the very bottom of the bar menu.

It is located at the very bottom of the menu. You have to scroll to the very end of the menu to find it. If it is not here then it must be some strange bug.
