Requirements not met Haz 4 > 5 assignment

So I activated the assignment to unlock haz 5 missions in the terminal. Go to map see the icon got to the zone, select the mission and it says requirements not met.

I cannot see what the requirements are, and would have thought the assignment terminal would have blocked me based on level like it normally does..

What gives?

Are you playing Haz 4 missions ? Only that way you can finish Haz 5 assignment.

So the assignment "gives" you missions, you get that icon on the map right (white diamond type thing like <+> ) ?

Thats the mission I cant do because of requirements.

So its the assignments OWN mission that says requirements not met.

1. Why, makes no sense if the assignment is making me do it.

2. What are the requirements, how can I find out what they are

So checking up on the wiki:

The assignment required player level (blue) to be 10 or more

New Hazard Level: Lethal
Prerequisites: Player Rank Rank 10 - Hazard 4

I got 11, but then I would not be able to accept the Assignment otherwise..

Now why on earth can i not do the indicated mission!?!?

You can't play Hazard 5 until you finish the assignment. That particular one needs to be completed on Hazard 4.

While i appreciate the time taken to reply. What I am saying is not that hard to understand is it?

I want to play Haz4 missions because I accepted the assigment to play haz4 missions in order to be promoted to Haz5 missions! This is not working.

I dont understand why:

1. How can meet the requirements for the assignment but not for the associated missions?
2. Its all good and fine saying "you don't meet the requirements" but another thing to not tell you what they are!

Looking at the wiki I see the assignments are level dependent, but i do not see hazard levels having pre-requisites.

So again the process:

1. Accept Assignment
2, Go to mission panel.
3. Look for the mission THE ASSIGMENT GIVES YOU - I assume this mission is Haz4 if the assigment requires you to do Haz4 mission because .. and I am repeating myself THE ASSIGMENT GIVES YOU THE MISSON
5. When clicking on the mission it says in red letters just under where it says "Assignment Mission" REQUIREMENTS NOT MET.

no idea how i can set the hazard level.. in fact the only place i can see the hazard icons is in the server list..

Well, quests related with assignments sometimes overlap with other players´ quests. So, it wouldn´t be fair for all the players of the lobby be forced to play in a particular hazard level. It´s okay the way it is because it gives freedom to the player.

Since you start playing DRG, the UI tells you in which haz level the selected quest is going to run in. So it is more a problem of yours and not the game.

No cannot find how to set hazard level.. like i said the only place i can even see the icons for it is in the server list.

So I open the map (mission selection terminal), pick a zone, pick a mission:

I see the description on the right with footprints (mission length) and lightning (cave complex.) . I can Join, host:pub, host:priv, solo. At the bottom right i have quick join, server list and close.

Watch the video. He changes mission difficulty aka Hazard level in the first 10 seconds of the video. It's a bit old though, now instead of Work Environment it simply says Difficulty.

Wow ok so you have to select solo?

No you can do it with others, simply change difficulty to Hazard 4 and that's all, should work fine.
