Don't Drink Blackout Stout on the Drop Pod
Makes the game actually unplayable, as the player has double vision for the entire mission and randomly walks in various directions, but only if you drink it while you're on the drop-pod and the countdown timer ends.

if you don't want to be drunk, don't drink beer, solid advice.

Getting drunk on the Space Rig is fine.
Getting drunk during the mission with Double Vision and uncontrollable movements? Not so fine.

"A little swinging" ain't my Dwarf running into walls and moving himself out of the revive animation.
"A little double vision" ain't literally two of everything... It was painful.

The drunkenness should fade during missions but it doesn’t...

I’ve experienced this by slamming glyphid slammers to the point of passing out and starting the mission before my character could fall down.

I think it’s a bug.

you are supposed to lose it after fainting, or after drinking the leaf lover's special, but if you start the mission between being drunk and losing the drunk state, you don't lose it. being drunk during a mission isn't a bug, and not losing it because you started the mission is ... to be expected in my opinion

Being max drunk the entire mission is probably unintentional, considering all other stages of drunkenness fade away over time.

Finishing missions with it is the actual true test for the true drunk.

This is like that lady a few years ago who warned people not to get their eyeballs tattooed. I thought that was obvious.

See, here's the thing. I didnt expect the effect to transfer over to the actual game because it hasn't done that thus far...

weird, preventing the trigger that removes the drunk state will prevent removing the drunk state

The "trigger" should be transitioning from level to level.

Its quite an easter egg, and some people do it for fun.
Some go the extra mile and play drunk while being drunk ingame, so it goes.
