Keybindings not working properly

Because my mouse has so many buttons I have number keys assigned to the extra buttons. In DRG I've bound items 1,2,3,4 to numbers 7,8,9,0. Oddly enough, 7, which I believe would be item 3, is the only one that seems to function. The other bindings simply do not work, even when pressing the keys directly on my keyboard. They work fine if I rebind them to the default number keys of 1,2,3,4 but not on 8,9,0.

Any idea why this would be an issue for me? I bind my keys like this in every game I play and never have an issue.

Probably because even though you've bound your extra mouse buttons to send specific characters when pressed, they're still considered mouse_button_7 through mouse_button_10 (or 20, who knows) instead of numpad_7 or 7. Many games don't recognize mouse buttons up that high without a custom driver being installed, and even then some have trouble with it.

Try using AHK to make pressing those mouse buttons send the desired number, then in DRG binding the items to those specific numbers directly.

Well the peculiar part is that the keys on my keyboard are completely unresponsive as well (except for 7). I don't think it has anything to do with my mouse.

After more testing it appears as though the game simply does not accept input from the keys 8, 9, and 0. It will accept the binding in the settings but nothing happens in game. The rest of the numbers all work, even everything on the number pad including num_8, num_9, and num_0.

Unless there's a problem with my game, I wish the devs would fix this. Not sure how to bring it to their attention though.
