Offline Single Player?

Wondering if this has offline solo option for Truckers :p
I'm wanting tune my skills while I'm over the road for work.

Offline I'm not sure about since the game has to connect to their servers to track your progress and such. But online solo play is definitely a go if you wanted to solo dive. You can click the "solo" option on any mission, or you can do "Host:Private" if maybe a friend of yours wanted to join later.

I mustve been searching the wrong terms in search for this question but google pulled it up on steam where the dev said it can be played offline solo.

Hey dude, just wanted to chime in here. During Hurricane Irma I was without power for 2 weeks, brought my computer and stayed at a friends house with no internet. I used my phones data (Hot Spot) and the ping was so low (63ms) in games I was blown away. It won't be fast to download anything of course, it'll take you back to the dial up days. But it's totally doable, so you can play with other people if you want too!

Yea, UE has reasonably good netcode and the traffic isn't dense enough to need more than a cell network. I assume you don't have infinite cell data though, haha.

This game has local and online save files. If you play offline, the old online file will be overwritten the next time you start the game with an internet connection.

You can find the save file here if you want to make your own back up.

Haha and best part of solo play is Bosco. That little fella can mine minerals for you, you would never reach, and can kill bugs like Casper Van Dien in Starship Troopers.
