Can no longer color Hair?

So ive come back from a long hiatus from Deep Rock only to find that my Custom Space Dwarf can no longer color his hair the way i want it to be. Am i missing an option somewhere or are the specific classes locked to their respective colors?

With the most recent update, and the overhaul of the vanity system, it's apparently a matter of debate among the devs if the hair color of the classes is part of their identity as the classes.

Personally, I don't think the hair color is, I just focus on the weapons and in a pinch, the armor as identifying factors of the classes. I also don't think it helps we can make them clean shaven and bald, so they don't have any hair to be a specific color, as well as have a fair number of helmets now that cover the hair signifigantly.
