Soundtrack in FLAC quality?
Will the soundtrack be available in lossless quality? Also I am planning on buying this for the Windows and Xbox One Play Anywhere functionality. Is there a way to get the soundtrack through there as well?

Soundtrack is in FLAC as well as MP3.

No, sorry. Soundtrack is for now only available along with the Steam version.

Will there be a release on Bandcamp/Tidal for those who get it on a different platform but still would like the soundtrack?

Is there any way to get the soundtrack outside of Steam? I can't buy it from steam since I don't own the game.
