Pressing enter makes the game go into a small window

Instead of opening chat it turns the game into a small window and then back into fullscreen if I press it again.

Nope didn't tab once, although I did make it go fullscreen in options.

ok, this is an issue i've had in some games from alt tabbing, a key gets stuck in the window so when you press enter its treating it like shift+enter to change screen size. Happens 100% of the time ?

are u not pressing shift + Enter? cuz this makes the applications switch between full screen and window.

I get this issue when I alt-tab. But not all the time. Its certainly tied to changing the game screen somehow, like how you said you made it fullscreen.
