Firstly, thank you for the reply, and no i didn't play on a beta server, i have disbanded team and nothing happened, i'm not at home at the moment but when i am i'll boot up the game and see if i still have the issue
I have a dual boot system with Linux and Windows. Windows likes to write the time to the RTC clock in local time while Linux likes to write it in UTC time. This means that the system time is often wrong when the other OS boots. Most of the time Windows 10 automatically synchronizes the time on boot to NTP servers but I have seen that it does not happen all the time or it may be significantly delayed.
When the windows time is earlier than the actual current time I get the problem described by OP. You can see that if canceling the joining procedure in the game and select "server list" many games with a negative time duration can be found.
Synchronizing the time in windows "time settings" will solve this issue and find games to join. I'm sure there are many conditions that may cause this problem but this certainly is one of them.
Rock and stone!
