cargo crates dont give loot after game finished

i found one and i get a skin for gunner but i cant find it in forge or the skins is it a bug or somthing

You don't need to forge it. You just get the skin straight up. Check your weapon skins.

Same problem here, checked everywhere no frameworks after opening multiple cargo crates now. Also got some victory moves that I also didnt receive.

Skins are on the weapons themselves and do not need to be forged. Victory moves are dwarf dependent, so if you unlock beer toss for the scout, you do not get beer toss for the driller as well. Just the scout.

There have been a couple instances where the game told me I unlocked something that I already had. But I haven't noticed that happen since December.

It sounds like you checked the Forge (Cargo Crate rewards don't show up here) and the Equipment terminal for weapon skins. Try checking the Wardrobe terminal, for Victory Poses. Look for "New Items Available" on the terminal screen, and the red "!" in the terminal interface to tell you what it was you unlocked (unless you haven't cleared out previous notifications, then it'll get lost in the other "!" items)

Yeah, I think sometimes I've gotten a notification for a victory move or weapon skin that I've gotten already, but that seems to just be an error. In reality I've gotten something new, the display just wasn't correct.
