Block Mercs is a turn-based mercenary company RPG. Recruit fighters, pay wages, manage food and gear, and take contracts across a grim low-poly world. Lost limbs need steel or stranger grafts. Reputation follows you, and so do old grudges. Combat is one line in the ledger; surviving is the book.
