Can't get into a new island?

So im at bunny island and i completed the quest and boss, but the chest drops Quest cards and i cannot equip those and it seems i'm stuck until i can get a Guildian card drop, so far i got 2 chest drops with 2 different Guildian cards and i don't seem to be able to progress to another island? Am i stuck or do i have to wait until a Guildian card drops from chest?

You should be able to go to emerald island, but just emerald island. Should be a button to the right of the name of the area your in(maybe left i can't remember atm) at the top center or go to your map click on island "2" the click the green "travel" button on the left. It's not very obvious, took me a bit to figure it out too.

think its the bug that happen sometime, the developers will need to check

Then it's probably bugged. Contact support they seem to be pretty good about responding.

I for one know my Steam ID, but from there I don't manually log in to anything. So would that make my PlayFab ID = Steam ID?

i think you are just stupid. I mean, what i understand from you is that you need another guildian to do something in the emerald island. DUDE, JUST DELETE THE ONE FROM THE FIRST ISLAND AND PUT IT IN THE SECOND ISLAND. IT'S NOT HARD! If this isn't your problem then just wait 'till the next update. It should appear this week

it's not even that, the problem is as stated in my comment, so far i only get Quest card drops in the common chest drop from the bunny island quest boss, and that doesn't give me a Guildian card drop that i need to unlock the rest of the interface, it's just has a green arrow that says to drag the card to the equip slot, and i cannot equip any Quest card, because as stated above, i'm stuck here

Look under ingame settings there is your playerfab stated. But I'm still confused about what the problem is. You didn't get guildians the first time you beat the boss from bunny island?, or can you not proceed to the next island? (the tab in the top of the screen with emerald island)

1 ) Click the map button on the bottom of the screen

2 ) Select island 2 and hit the travel button

3 ) click on one of the squares where you can put a guildian

4 ) click on one of the rectangles and pick a guildian and hit select


congradulations your guildians will now run island 2 .

^Pretty much this, i have finally gotten a Guildian Card which managed to fix my problem and now i'm already at Emerald Island. The main issue here is that the first chest you get is not a Guarranted Guildian card and makes this part of the tutorial ( The old guy speaking with the toast windows) Impossible to process until you get a Guildian Card. So a possible fix is that the first card to drop is a guarranted Guildian card
