I'm playing on a Gtx 1070 and was wondering if anyone had tips to make it run better?

What i7? Go to device manager to see.

Like mine is i7 6820 for my main. My secondary is i7 920, 3rd is core duo t7600g, 4th is pentium 1 233mhz.
Last 3 I mentioned obviously won't do vr.

The devs need to fix the broken game, 1070 should be fine but the stutters on hardware more than capable of running the game. I'm guessing you get some choppyness with stutters? If that's the case get in line, you're going to be waiting a while since Valve has shown 0 efforts to fix it.

There are driver issues for links with quests, you may need to fiddle with your drivers.

Run it at low settings. I ran it on a 1070. The only map that had issues was the map with the spiders.

This game ran fine on my 1070 before I upgraded. What I7 do you have? Mine is a 7700k.
