You'll also need to go into the meta quest settings first though and allow connectivity to third party apps like Steam VR. But once set up, it tracks perfectly with the Meta Quest 3 and the controllers.
Check out this thread re: PSVR2 versus Quest 3 - makes me glad I went with a Quest 3, even if you end up spending another 500 just to get all the 'essentials'.
Don't know what headset you're using, but I had the same 'blurry' issue when I first started out with the VR thing.
Googled and tried everything from cleaning the lens to...well, there's some thing at the side that you can adjust to your 'vision type'.
Ultimately, the cause of the blurriness was that I hadn't lowered the visor sufficiently.
You might think I'm making this up, but quest 3 users may confirm. If the visor is even slightly too high for the 'perfect level' (or whatever it is), it will be blurred AF.
Hope it helps!
WiFi 6E and WiFi 7 are simply the WiFi standards that can use the 6Ghz band, and your Quest 3 supports that and you should use it for the best WiFi experience. You'll need a router or access point that supports WiFi 6E as well.
VR Desktop is an app you can purchase in the Quest Store, it excels with streaming content from your PC to your Quest 3. Much better than any other apps that I have tried, and it seems to be the "go to" tool for most people.
