kinda wanna examine npcs/things

yes, the heading is correct and i got this idea from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZaU0sfsByo . yes, i know it's in non vr but i still kinda wanna examin it even when it's on my flat screen. i know this game is meant to be on vr, i know that most if not alot of the community doesnt like the idea of this being on a flat screen, and i can agree. but i do want to examine it on my pc instead of in vr mainly because of the specator mode used/seen in the video. i still dont know what the mods in the video include.

Did you try posting the question in a comment to the Video itself? Would seem the most direct way to obtaining accurate info on the mods used if you can get a reply from the guy that made it.
