if Quest 3, you found a lot of topics here how to fix Issues :D
I'd recommend the Quest 3 or Pico 4 VR
Both are stand alone and technically the Quest 3 has a better screen, but comfort is lower and the screen has a weird ring in the middle that to me can be immersion breaking.
Basically users mostly prefer Pico 4 for PCVR, but both can be used stand alone and there's better app support on the quest.
My personal recommendation would be
for PCVR to get the Pico 4, it's cheaper with more comfort and easy of use as you don't need the Quest app or PS app to run while SteamVR is running(which can cause loss in performance)
If you want to use the stand alone headset features definitely Quest 3
and lastly if you have a PS5 and especially already have a PSVR2 than just use that. Otherwise don't go out of your way for PSVR2 for PC.
