From what I've seen so far, if you're at 100% health you can't save the hypos. You only use them immediately if you are hurt and pick one up. As far as grenades, they've been automatically going into my inventory as soon as I pick them up.

Ah, that would make sense. I was at 100% health at the time. Thanks again for the help.
ty sir
You're welcome. And custom key rebinding is now available in the newest script posted on Github.
You're welcome. I did see a tip, but boy is it a pain. Someone said they carry a bucket around with them and drop hypos inside the bucket to keep them. I think I'd rather take my chances than carry a bucket through the whole game.
That's too funny!
I can see it - carrying a bucket around to store stuff in.
That's just too silly and yet understandable - let's be honest, there's been times we've all done something as absurd as that. In fact I would go as far as saying (oh dear god|) it's beyond the pail!
Kill me, just kill me now.
Absolutely!
Part of the fun in gaming is discovering that you can do things that you probably were never meant to do, but can do anyway. For me it's usually accidental - whilst trying to get out of, around, over, some obstacle or seemingly unavoidable death.
Love it !
what run commands should I add to run the console?
I mean by adding them correctly to the novr commands.
I’also want to bind console to a different key. But there is no binding.lua file as the github says (is not added yet?)
I ask this because I’m using the spanish layout. (The place where the ‘ is, there is º, while ~ is written using shift+[.
Already answered previously ... yes with some limitations. Read previous answer for details.
If you want to add access to the console add these launch options: -console -vconsole
Many keys are rebindable, but the console key is not included at the moment. The development team adds new features daily, so check the Github frequently for updates.
