Unreasonably slow download speed

Most of my installations with games this big are typically like an hour or two long, With HL:A it at 17 hours.. What gives? Is this normal for Alyx for whatever reason?

I downloaded it twice with usual speed. Was probably just a problem with your connection.

It ALL comes from the Valve CDN...

AND the game has been around for some time so the files should have propagated all the way through the network to all servers.

This almost has to be 100% ISP or other problem with router or line sync issue.

Same issue. All my other games use full 1000Mbps.

I deleted my game files, And it is downloading fine for me.
