EDIT :-
Wow a real foot in the mouth moment right there...
The Steam store says
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Core i5-7500 / Ryzen 5 1600
Memory: 12 GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 1060 / RX 580 - 6GB VRAM
Good thing you can run the game for less than 2 hours and refund it if there's an issue.
Honestly, if this isn't a laptop, I strongly suggest getting at least a Ryzen 5 CPU for gaming.
I've seen people running the game with worst machines, though you'll have to reduce supersampling below 1.0x.

Like Alternity says best thing to do is try it and see how ya go, if you dont like it then refund it. just dont play more than 2hrs.
and
grab a cheap more upto date chip that will go straight in your system no need to change any thing... IF you can do this it will help you a lot.
