Potential Quick fix to FPS issues for those using Virtual desktop

Chances are youve probably tried settings like -novid -console -vconsole +vr_fidelity_level_auto 0 +vr_fidelity_level 3 and such.

However, disabling SSW in the virtual desktop completely fixed the fps issue for me, please make sure to check if that setting is on automatic or Always enabled, if it is, tick it as Off.

You can find it in the Streaming section settings of VD (SSW makes your fps stay at 45 if you have a fps cap of 90 for example)

I could not find any such settings in VD. Turns out it's not for Quest 1, as it runs on the Quest 2 itself. Guess 1 isn't powerful enough.
