How to squeeze headcrab's heart

Hello people, i'm confused with this achievement, is it possible to do it without index controllers? the only hearts i found was in the vorty's pot, and i indeed "squeezed" them all. Also, do i need to do something in the playground for the other achievement? I played in there for a bit, even played against myself a tic tac toe (spoiler: i won).

You use the same button to arm genades in the vort hidout,
and you need to roll the bucket down the slide in the playground

You may not be "squeezing" them correctly, when holding the hearts from the Vortigaunts pot, press whatever button you use to activate grenades, because thats technically a squeeze button, it also works on soda cans, but you wont get the achievement if you squeeze a soda can.

For the playground achievement, I did it a while ago but I believe that to get the achievement you need to roll one of the objects nearby (a bucket iirc) down the slide

I see, thanks guys, i did squeeze pressing all the buttons (like when we squeeze a soda can), maybe the achievement just didn't register on this playtrough, i'm going to try again soon. Thanks again for the replys. =)

I played 6 hours already and no headcrap even got on my head :D It isn't even that scary, which was little disappointing, because you know you are in VR. But i didn't try Alien Isolation yet so...

Loved this game did scare me a few times Russel scared me with the damn drone in chapter 6 lmao
