its commands that disable achivments

Only commands/launch arguments like godmode or increased movement speed disable achievements. Buf if you're playing with commands for addons you should be fine. I'm currently playing with
-console -vconsole -body_holsters_visible_weapons 1
launch arguments (the last one being for the Body Holsters addon) and can still collect achievements.
