Thanks NVIDIA Whisper mode......
I played VR since last year, I didn’t really messed the setting within graphics driver, so today I decided to go to control panel to see if there any easy way to gain performance, and surprise! Whisper mode is on and it is locked at 40fps. I never realise my FPS is locked, I get so used to it I think it is what 90hz looks like, now that I removed the limit and god, 90fps is buttery smooth!

LOL that must feel like getting a whole new GPU for free!

Yea... even though with unlocked framerate, my GTX 1650 will still have lots of low fps. but when it reached 90fps, that just feels, well, next level
