Roll back update?
Since the patch has been applied the game stutters a lot. Is it possible to roll back to previous version? I prefer snap turning than stuttering and hickups.

uninstall the update? I don't mean disable smooth turn, I mean revert back to the previous executable version.

Try upping your windows virtual memory

Dude, it's not my computer, I have 32Gb of DDR4 3333 with a 2080RTX and a Ryzen 2700X, it worked flawlessly until it has been updated, and now a lot of people is having the same problems.
