BUG HELP? character animations lag behind audio

I've been having this issue since release. the only thing I could think of being the problem is the GPU I'm using, it's a gtx 970 which is ever so slightly slower than the gtx 1060 asked for in the system requirements (at least according to userbenchmark)

is there any fix past getting a better GPU? I've tried putting the settings as low as they could go but I can't see any difference. it's strange because I can run the actual game just fine, but the NPC animations in cutscenes are slow

(by the way, I see this in every scripted sequence, not just in chapter 1)

had dis too on GTX 1050 ti RAM 16gb

in your case, I would guess that your GPU is the issue, iirc 1050s arent very powerful

Bump, I'm having the same issue

The game stuttering causes the audio to desync, even the slightest stutter would throw off the audio quite a lot. Idk a fix but I just wanna throw that out there.

having the same problem w a 1060 i switched the settings to low and nothing helped, i run the game perfectly but it still happens
